SCUBA diving the depths of O’ahu
Brian and Madonna came all the way from St Louie and needed some Hawaiian water bottom time. The called on Honolulu Honu Divers. Right call. First dive was on the famous wreck of O’ahu, The Sea Tiger. Down at 100′ avg depth with the visibility around 150′, they thought it was a fantastic way to start their dives. Shallow site of Kewalo Pipe was next. The poisonous Devil scorpionfish was the first thing they saw. Then along came more eels and a nice size whitetip reef shark, followed by a flyby of a hawaiian greensea turtle right over Madonna. And the whales were singing throughout both dives.
